I do seem to go on about Adobe software but another blog post reminded me of something I first saw in Adobe Photoshop Elements some years ago.

Basically, when you install some Adobe software you get a very old version of the Opera web browser bundled inside the application itself to display the help application. From that point on the application’ is available to handle HTML files and will advertise that availability via the Open with… context-sensitive menu.
