I can’t remember a time when I’ve not enjoyed peanut butter. I recently remembered that I used to eat peanut butter sandwiches when I was at primary school and that was over 40 years ago.

My tastes in food have changed and become more sophisticated but this in one of those rare flavours that has remained a great favourite.
